Decorations. Over time, we’ve seen lots of unique, glorious, and sometimes downright freaky, decorations appearing across all of our castles. As we upgrade from Signposts, to Parks, and beyond, even having huge necromantic thrones proudly established in our courtyards, our storage fills with smaller, far less impressive decorations.<br />
Recycling is super important in our Empire, so it’s time to clear up the clutter! Read on for more info!<br />

<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Selling Decorations</span></b><br />
Time to clear out those old decorations! With this update, you’ll now be able to sell (most) decorations, in return for coins. Clear up some space and make some cash!<br />
<ul>
<li>When you go into your buildings storehouse tab (in the construction menu), you will now have the option to sell certain decorations</li>
<li>You can also directly sell decorations from the ring menu (when clicking on them)</li>
<li>A special icon will appear when hovering over a decoration to let you know it can be sold</li>
<li>Once clicking the icon, a pop-up will appear, allowing you to sell as many of the decoration at once as you wish</li>
<li>Although the amount of coins you will receive may not be huge, this allows you to get rid of old, unwanted decorations, and get some coins in return!</li>
<li>Decorations that are earned as event rewards, and the best ruby decorations cannot be sold</li>
</ul>

<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">New rewards for the Single Player War of the Realms!</span></b><br />
We noticed that the rewards for the War of the Realms event were a little...outdated, and there weren’t enough of them to keep everyone satisfied. With this update, we’ll be adding more activity rewards to the event.<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>The War of the Realms will now have a lot more activity rewards, much like the long term point events</li>
<li>These rewards will be catered to individual level brackets, and should make the event as a whole much more worth the blood, sweat and tears</li>
<li>Overall, it’ll be more of a challenge to get all of the rewards, but with more rewards as a whole, the event should be a lot more fun and gratifying</li>
<li><b>This will only change for the single player version of the event The interface will change for both events, but the rewards will only exist for the single player version..</b></li>

<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">New Glory Titles</span></b><br />
<ul>
<li>The glory title system is getting an overhaul!</li>
<li>Instead of <b>24 </b>glory titles, there will now be <b>30 </b>in the game</li>
<li>This will also change the required amount of glory for some titles, and the way in which glory is lost accordingly</li>
<li>Instead of immediately going from a 2% to 10% loss in glory points, the percentage lost will gradually ramp up at the 19th glory rank and above</li>
<li>The new ranks will also have brand new bonuses, including <b>speed boosts for wooden tool production, Kingsguard defender units available for recruitment, and cost reductions for recruiting Kingsguard defenders.</b></li>
<li>Overall, most players will have more glory and be able to obtain/keep ahold of higher ranks due to these changes. The highest levels will be more difficult to maintain, but the new bonuses will ensure that falling down a couple of ranks isn’t dramatically bad.</li>
<li>Once the update goes live, everyone will be at their current rank within the new system, but they will also start to lose the relevant amount of glory every day. For example, if you are already at the top glory title right now, when the update goes live you will be at the new max glory title (with a 10% loss)</li>

<li>With this update, you’ll now be able to slow your armies before launching an attack, ensuring that they’ll arrive at the optimal time</li>
<li>When launching any army movement (that you could use horses to speed up, including spying and support), you can now choose to spend rubies to slow the army down</li>
<li>This delay can be up to a maximum of 12 hours, ensuring that your army can arrive when you need it to, but not giving a huge advantage to the players that use it</li>
<li>As part of this feature; we’ll have a new ‘date and time display’, allowing you to specify exactly when your attack will land before launching.</li>
<li>Even if you delay your attack, you will still have the same timeframe to cancel it after launching as before the update</li>

All across the Empire, brave lords and ladies have been sending expeditions to the outer kingdoms; laying siege to the scoundrels inhabiting the lands, helping the locals to stabilize their communities, and segmenting their place in history. The caravans going to and from these kingdoms has given some of the Empire’s finest explorers an idea….easier access to the outer kingdoms, for a fee of course.<br />
<br />There are also whispers of shadowy figures resurging around the Great Empire, seeming to be more adept than their predecessors.<br />

<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Shadow units rising from the darkness</span></b><br /><br />As the generals and troops of the lords and ladies of the land have become better equipped, as well as more physically adept and capable, the Shadow Commander  has sent his troops on a rigorous training regime, bringing forth a new breed of stygian warriors, ready to cause havoc for the highest bidder.<br />

<li>All new <b>Deathly Shadows</b> and <b>Demon Shadows</b> are available for recruitment from the shadow mercenaries camp</li>
<li>These strong units can still only be used in shadow attacks, but are almost as strong as regular horrors, perfect for anonymously striking down a pesky target</li>
<li>As you level up, your Shadow Commander will also be stronger</li>
<li>Some shadow tools have been reduced in price</li>

A bunch of explorers have realized that there’s money to be made from the adventurous among us, looking to seek out the challenges of the outer kingdoms before their peers. As such, they’ve decided to provide safe passage to the outer kingdoms before the Emperor’s approved prerequisites, for a price.<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>Players will now be able to access the Everwinter Glacier, Burning Sands and Fire Peaks kingdoms earlier, for a ruby fee</li>
<li>The Everwinter Glacier will be available from Level 18, Burning Sands from level 35 and the Fire Peaks from level 45.</li>
<li>Players can also use the ruby option to unlock the kingdoms regularly, rather than using resources.</li>
<li>These early access options are intended to allow players to progress faster through the levels and challenge themselves further.</li>

With all the chaos and carnage of the spring nights festival, it’s time to take a breather as this week’s update will only contain a few changes and optimizations. New watchtower levels, tasty new items in the gift peddler and even a shiny new addition to the maintenance screen await; read on!<br />
<br />
<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Gear from gifts</span></b><br />
A new shipment has arrived for the gift peddler! You can now give your alliance members a helping hand with their equipment, and help them progress faster with XP boosts. Time to toss out those rusty old blades!<br />
<ul>
<li>Equipment can be bought and gifted to your alliance members through the gift trader</li>
<li>If the player you are sending a gift to has no inventory space, the gifting will be cancelled so that no items are lost</li>
<li>There will also be XP boosts available so that you can help your friends get up to your level</li>
</ul>

Becoming weary of stealthy attacks from your foes, your guardsmen have decided to increase their ranks and staff a larger watchtower.<br />
<ul>
<li>The watchtower will now be split into 10 levels, rather than 5</li>
<li>Each level will provide a 10% bonus to early attack detection</li>
<li>Your current watchtower level will be adapted to fit this new system (matching the bonus e.g. level 5 watchtower will automatically change to level 10)</li>
