<b>General Information</b><br />
<ul>
<li>This new event is available from level 10 onwards, in the Great Empire.</li>
<li>You can fight the Bloodcrows for glory points.</li>
<li>There will be a single player and alliance contest for this event.</li>
<li>The event mechanics are similar to the ones seen before in the War of the Realms. </li>
</ul>

<br />
<ul>
<li>The Bloodcrow’s castles will now appear on the world map and can be attacked. they will also attack you once per event.</li>
<li>Bloodcrow lords, like foreign castle lords, use a variety of defence setups for their castles.</li>
<li>Once you have defeated a Bloodcrow castle, it will disappear and a new one will spawn.</li>
<li>Players can attack and send spies against bloodcrows, but trade or any other kind of interaction is not possible.</li>
<li>They do not possess any outposts. But you can still attack a bloodcrow castle from your own outposts.</li>
<li>When attacking the Bloodcrows and when defending their attacks, Glory points can be collected. </li>
<li>The points can then be used to earn rewards. In addition, there is new equipment rewards for the best players in the instance, and of course the top 1 player in the form of an exclusive decoration!</li>
<li>The full 9 piece equipment set will only be obtainable through playing both the single player version of the Foreign Invasion and the War of the Bloodcrows, and reaching top 50 in both events.</li>

<b>Alliance Contest</b><br />
<ul>
<li>You can earn rewards by collecting points together with your alliance members!</li>
<li>If you are not in an alliance during this event, you won’t be able to earn points and rewards from this mode. However, you can join an Alliance while the event is active and start earning points immediately.</li>
<li>Earned glory points for both attack and defence count directly for the alliance contest.</li>
<li>If you are in an alliance or have joined an alliance while the event is running, the point counter will show the sum of all points collected by every alliance member.</li>
<li>An Alliance ranking will be displayed in the new event dialogue.</li>
<li>You collect glory points for the alliance you are currently in. If you leave an alliance, then the points you have already gathered will stay in the former alliance.</li>
<li>This means that you will only be able to get a specific reward once, you will not be able to carry your points over and get the same rewards again if you decide to switch to another alliance.</li>
<li>Rewards can be troops or a new decoration for alliance members, and coins and rubies for the alliance funds!</li>

<li>There will be a new button that will allow you to deselect all items and buildings within the Construction Item overview.</li>
<li>You will now also be able to obtain kingdom resources for your Alliance funds in the War of the Realms alliance version.</li>
<li>The old Foreign Invasion set is now available to obtain through activity rewards of both events. (War of the Realms & War of the Bloodcrows)</li>

As you prepare yourselves to deal with the oncoming hordes, your strategist presents you with an all new plan, a more efficient method of striking back at the heart of the cowards that dared attack you. In the meantime, the Empire's finest architects have managed to refine materials in ways never seen before...time for some upgrades!<br />
<br />
This week's update brings the long awaited <b>build items crafting system!</b> Along with <b>pre-set attacks</b> and an <b>all new attack horn!</b> Read on, lords and ladies!<br />
<br />
<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Crafting has arrived!</span></b><br />
<br />
<i><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Build Item Crafting</span></i><br />
<ul>
<li>Build items can now be crafted!</li>
<li>In order to craft a construction item, you’ll need access to the Construction Yard, and <b>Blueprints</b></li>
<li><b>Blueprints </b>are available through a brand new <b>research tree</b></li>
<li>The majority of common build items will already be unlocked for construction, but for others, you’ll have to research the blueprints</li>
<li>Each item will have its own blueprint research, split into rarity levels. The higher the level of research you do on a specific item, the better the item you can craft will be.</li>
</ul>
<i><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Materials</span></i><br />
<ul>
<li>You’ll need <b>materials </b>in order to craft build items!</li>
<li>The lower level items will only use regular resources, but for further levels, <b>you’ll need the previous level of the item you’re trying to craft as well as some materials</b></li>
<li>Obtaining materials can be done through <b>material bags</b>, which can be obtained through the <b>Nomads, Samurai and Berimond</b> events for now, in activity rewards and the in-event shops (for the Nomads and Samurai). More methods of obtaining Material Bags will follow in the future</li>
<li>You can also <b>disassemble </b>your old build items, receiving a percentage of the materials used to create them, back. Higher level build items will give you 100% of their costs back.</li>
<li>Materials will have their <b>own inventory, that isn’t capped</b></li>
</ul>
<br />
<i><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Other Important Notes</span></i><br />
<ul>
<li>For this first iteration, only a certain amount of build items will be available for crafting. These include super cool bonuses like up to <b>+5 troops per recruitment slot!</b></li>
<li>Only <b>Medium </b>sized Material Bags will be available for now, but others will follow</li>
<li>Common Material Bags (containing only common materials) may be purchased in Prime Days, but rarer materials will <b>only be available through playing</b></li>
<li>Build items will be <b>removed </b>from event rewards and vendors, but Material Bags will make their way in</li>
<li>The Materials for Farmhouse and Bakery build items will only be available through <b>daily Nobility Contests.</b></li>
<li>The Randomness of the Material Bags will differ, with some bags giving you a <b>higher chance of specific materials</b></li>
<li>The removed Farmhouse build item will have a<b> higher bonus</b> than it’s craftable successor, meaning players that have purchased this prior to the update, won’t be disadvantaged for spending rubies on the item rather than waiting to craft it.</li>
</ul>

<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Pre-set attack configurations</span></b><br />
<br />
You asked for it, we delivered! You’ll now have the option to set up a series of preset attacks, perfect for dealing with those pesky Robber Barons, or marching through the event kingdoms.<br />
<ul>
<li>You will now be able to save preset attack configurations</li>
<li>These configurations will save a specific set up of troops/tools, and can be used on all waves, or individual waves</li>
<li>Everyone will get <b>one free preset</b>, which cannot be renamed, and can only be applied to one wave at a time</li>
<li>Other presets can be purchased (up to 5 maximum). Once one is <b>purchased</b>, all of the previous and future presets can be renamed and applied to all waves</li>
<li>All you have to do is set up an attack, choose your preset and click ‘Save Preset’, then you can use it over and over!</li>
</ul>
<br />
<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">New Attack Horn</span></b><br />
<ul>
<li>The attack horn is changing! Instead of separate horns, all horns will now be <b>merged</b></li>
<li>This new <b>3-part horn</b> will display how many <b>Alliance, Personal and Alliance City</b> attacks are incoming</li>
<li>We have also made the horn smaller, and moved its location, within the attack window, as to not cover any of the important elements of the interface</li>
</ul>

<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Other Changes</span></b><br />

<li>The attack screen has received some tweaks, allowing you to access more information before you click to send your attack</li>
<li>The <b>Nomads </b>and <b>Samurai </b>events will now have activity rewards, much like the War of the Realms, allowing you to gain individual rewards for taking part in the event</li>

<li>You’ll now be able to invite players to become your friend on Empire</li>
<li>Once you accept a player as a friend, you’ll be able to see each other’s online status, level, distance from you, alliance name, and their total might points</li>
<li>Players that you invite to the game will automatically be added to your friends list, and you’ll be able to differentiate between them and other friends, allowing you to see how they’re progressing</li>
<li>The Friends List is accessible from the ‘Recruit a Friend’ menu</li>
<li>You can also set yourself to appear offline, if you want to sneak on for some late night Empire!</li>

The winds of change are rife across the kingdom! Vicious warriors from distant realms, have converged on our Great Empire, bringing with them bloodshed, famine and poverty.<br />
Seeing the affliction placed upon our world, the Emperor has decreed that all of the Noble Houses of the realm are to receive a royal land grant to craft a glorious citadel for any Alliance that has constructed a noble house, the Alliance City.<br />
These Alliance Cities will be monuments to the power of the Alliance, a place for its warriors to gather, train together, and plan their strategies to keep the Great Empire safe. Of course, these Cities will start small, but can be elevated into real fortresses of unity.<br />
In order to ensure that these cities are used to their full potential, the Emperor has also decreed that there will occasionally be a competition held, in which Alliances must compete in noble combat with one another, in order to earn the Emperor's favour and become the Royal Capital.<br />
<br />
<b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Alliance Cities and the Royal Capital</span></b><br />
<br />
As decreed by the Emperor, any alliance with a Noble House, will be granted an Alliance City. One of these cities will become the Royal Capital, but how do you claim it for yourself?<br />

<li>Any alliance that has founded a Noble House, will receive an Alliance City</li>
<li>This City will appear in the nearest empty space to the Alliance Leader</li>
<li>Once the City has been constructed, you’ll be able to enter the city’s interface</li>
<li>This is different to a regular city, as you cannot choose which buildings to construct, or where to build them. Instead, you’ll have 4 different ‘plots’ to build upon, as well as gates and walls. Only the alliance leader can order their construction.</li>
<li>Every building you can construct on these plots will offer a specific bonus to your Alliance City</li>
<li>These bonuses will be reflected on the strength of your alliance city defense.</li>
<li>Defense works differently here, as your army arrangement/strength, your tools, and your castellan, will all be determined by your city upgrades</li>
<li>Your alliance leader can set the distribution of troops and tools however</li>
<li>Your defensive army is set. You cannot send other tools/troops to defend your Alliance City but, and here’s the kicker, your troops will respawn! Any defensive troops that you lose in an attack on your Alliance City, will automatically respawn so that they can be used again immediately.</li>
<li>You can use your Alliance Funds to upgrade the cities,and you can now also deposit kingdom resources into your funds.</li>
<li>Battle horns and reports will be visible for the Alliance Leader</li>
<li>There will also be temporary boosts available, to improve your chance of success in the battle.</li>

As the Emperor wants to ensure that all the Alliances remain competitive, ready for the challenges ahead, a competition was decreed. The winner of this competition will have their city designated as the Royal Capital of the realm, until the next battle ensues!<br />

<li>Once the Battle for the Royal Capital starts, attacks on other alliances cities will be possible</li>
<li>These attacks will always be anonymous, and will have a set distance, no matter where you send them from (appearing as Shadow Attacks would)</li>
<li>Battling to become the Royal Capital is focused around stealing Royal Tokens from other Alliance Cities</li>
<li>When you attack a city, a percentage of the alliances tokens will be taken, with the estimated amount being displayed before the attack</li>
<li>The more tokens an Alliance has, the more they’ll lose when they are defeated in battle</li>
<li>This makes it worthwhile to try and take out the current leaders, as they’re worth more points!</li>
<li>During the battle, every player that attacks an Alliance City (even those without a Noble House), will receive Royal Coins for themselves.</li>
<li>These coins are similar to the Khan Tablets, being generated from the attacks, but not being stolen from the other player</li>
<li>Royal Coins can be used to purchase unique equipment, gems, kingdom resources and an all new deco.</li>
<li>You must own a Noble House in order to steal Royal Tokens, but not to gain Royal Coins.</li>
<li>After the event is over, all of your Royal Tokens will go into your Alliance Funds, and when the next battle starts, everyone’s count will be reset.</li>

<li>The winner of the battle will have their Alliance City converted to the Royal Capital until the next battle</li>
<li>The Capital will have a prestigious new appearance, and provide bonuses to the Alliance</li>
<li>These bonuses include boosters, such as a bonus to food production for all Alliance members</li>
<li>The Royal Coat of Arms of the winning Alliance, and their name, will also be displayed on the Map of the Kingdoms, signifying their dominance over the entire Kingdom!</li>
